it makes me really frusterated when i see people commenting on how they “dont get why its sohard to talk to a crush” or how “its not difficult to communicate” for some people it REALLY IS and its not in their hands because as hard as they may try they’re just simple shy and not as confident as they like to be
i know that because i get super shy around a crush and i lose confidence

i dont’ think it’s nice “to be yourself”. i mean what if you’re shy, silent? the best thing to do is “NOT to be yourself” but be a “better self” (confident, friendly and polite)
