When Dave married Sue, his high school sweetheart, he envisioned the typical marriage scenario. He dreamed of a big house with a white picket fence, a couple of kids, career, prosperity, grandkids, retirement and perhaps even adjacent burial plots.

That was 25 years ago.

Now his youngest son to college and Sue filed for divorce.

It is a sad fact that divorce rates are increasing all the time. So the older you are, the more likely you are to be seeking a new partner. However, most men who have spent nearly a generation of their lives in a marriage only to be a little beyond their youth are terrified at the idea of trying to re-enter the dating world. Once the chin and chest sink, hips, or a thickening of the waist, and their bellies, the concept of flirting, much less trying to find a new romantic partner, seems like a world that has gone through high.

They say: “I can not go on a date. I am over 40 and certainly not look like I did when I was younger!”

As the master of dating tips I have heard this again and again. And while some might think by the time a man approaches or exceeds the mid-century mark, which would have their game down. But, in my experience, is not necessarily the truth. Wise just need some reminders on how to improve the quality of your love life
